Every scan reads the public HTML of the submitted URL (plus robots.txt and llms.txt for the AI-visibility checks) the way a crawler would — no logins, no checkout pages, no Meta account access. Percentages are computed over unique scan submissions from the last 90 days and refresh daily. A site scanned multiple times counts multiple times; treat the numbers as directional, not census-grade.
